How iZape Began
Born inside Appac Mediatech
For over two decades, Appac Mediatech has helped manufacturing, engineering and healthcare brands grow through marketing and communication. A pattern kept emerging: clients didn't just need better marketing. They needed better technology.
They needed custom applications to run operations, cloud infrastructure to scale and a partner to manage their systems so they could focus on growth. Rather than stretch a marketing agency into unfamiliar territory, founder Balakrishnan Shanmugam built a separate technology company with its own engineers, processes and focus.
That company is iZape
Today iZape works as an independent technology company within the Appac group, serving Appac's clients and a growing portfolio of enterprises. We also built iZape CRM, first for our own sales teams and now as our flagship product.
